Melbourne International Air Freight Centre (MIAC), Tullamarine
In early 2008 Colonial Funds Management approached our company to complete a refurbishment of office warehouse they had acquired to add to their existing holdings at the MIAC centre.
Our company, by way of our own industrial developments, has acquired significant experience in industrial redevelopments and refurbishments. The scope of works included building new office areas, refurbishing existing offices areas, new mechanical ventilation, upgrading the power, reconfiguring the carpark/hardstand, installation of new windows and louvers, and creating new amenities. Our client has been very happy with our performance on this project and we have now been engaged to complete other contracts within the centre.
Metropolitan Ambulance Depot, Camberwell
In 2006 our company was retained to design and construct the new ambulance depot for the Metropolitan Ambulance Service.
The project was turn key, with our company not only completing the design, but obtaining all planning permits and approvals.
