This industrial site was originally comprised of two 1950’s built warehouses occupied by a timber yard. Those existing warehosues were retained and refurbished, with the balance of the site being in filled with another three units.
The goal was to utilise the existing steel portal frames and slabs, remove the asbestos rooves and create what looked for all intents and purposes a like a brand new industrial unit development. We think that the photos prove that the goal was achieved. All the units were sold at completion.
