This residential development project was acquired in mid 2007. It consists of a 900mē block of land with a street frontage to Jackson Street and another to Inverleith Court.
There is an existing Edwardian house on the Jackson Street frontage. Planning has been obtained to refurbish and subdivide the existing house into four apartments and build six double bedroom townhouses that will have frontage to Inverleith Court.
